(Full Planning)

This is the full House of H experience. I’m there from the early ideas through to the final send-off, helping you make decisions, find the right suppliers, bring the styling together and keep all the moving pieces moving.

- Ceremony rehearsal attendance (Perth only)
- Final details meeting before the big day
- Vendor document circulation and liaison
- Management of styling and supplier team on the day
- On-day contact and support throughout
- Coordination of entrances through to formalities
- Set-up support and coordination on the day
The In-Between
(Styling & Coordination)
You’ve made a start. Now let’s make all those pieces actually work together.
You’ve got the venue, some suppliers, a Pinterest board with approximately 400 saved ideas... but you’d love an experienced set of eyes to help pull it all together.
What's included:
- Online meeting to go through all aspects of the day
- 1 x Site visit and styling consultation meeting
- Unlimited email and phone communication
- Styling concept & mood boards
- Preferred supplier recommendations
- Regular progress and planning updates
- Sourcing of items and vendors for your wedding
- 6-8 week meeting to take the reins for your day!
- Creation of documents such as floorplan/layouts, timelines, bump in/out schedules
- Circulation of documents to vendors, and liaise with vendors prior to day
- Act as on-day contact and support to ensure smooth running of the wedding
- Coordinate and support entrances, and on-site until formalities have concluded
- Coordinator on day for set-up of items and for assistance, up to 10 hours
The Final Stretch
(Set Up & Coordination)
You’ve done the hard part. Now hand me the run sheet and go enjoy your own wedding.
You’ve booked the suppliers, made the decisions and planned the details. Now you’re ready to stop being the project manager and actually be the person getting married.

- 6-8 week handover - Online meeting to go through all aspects of the day
- Unlimited email and phone communication from meeting date
- Preferred supplier recommendations
- Audit of everything you have planned to ensure nothing has been missed
- Assistance with timeline and floorplan guidance
- Circulation of documents to vendors, and liaise with vendors prior to day
- Act as on-day contact and support to ensure smooth running of the wedding
- 1 x Site visit
- Coordinate and support entrance of ceremony and reception where required
- Coordinator on day for set-up of items and for assistance, up to 8 hours

The in-between package

It starts with an enquiry. Tell me about your event, what you've already got sorted, what's still making your head spin and what you'd love to hand over. You don't need to have it all figured out. That's what I'm here for.
Let's see if we're a match.
Once I've had a chance to look through your plans, we'll have a proper chat. We'll talk through what you're creating, where you're at, what you need and which package will actually make sense for you. No awkward sales pitch, just a good old-fashioned chat to see if we click.
Make it official, then let's get stuck in.
Once we've worked out the right fit, I'll send through your tailored quote, Service Agreement and booking fee invoice. Once everything is signed and your booking fee is paid, your date is officially secured.
Then the real fun begins. Depending on your package, we'll start working through suppliers, styling, logistics, timelines, ideas and all those little details that need someone keeping an eye on them.
This is where all the pieces start playing nicely together.
This looks a little different depending on what you've booked. We might be developing the styling, sourcing suppliers and making decisions together, or getting across everything you've already organised and preparing to take the reins.
Either way, I'll be keeping an eye on the details, asking the questions you might not have thought of and making sure everything is heading in the right direction.
You enjoy it. I've got the rest.
When the day finally arrives, I'm behind the scenes making sure the plan actually happens. Suppliers know where they need to be, styling is where it should be, the timeline is moving and any little hiccups are handled without needing to become your problem.
You get to eat the food, drink the champagne, hug your people and hit the dance floor.
